Personality Identification
Students will be learning about themselves, including their attitudes, behaviors and character and how these three things can affect their future both personally and in the workplace. They will learn the importance of matching your personality style with your career choice and how assessing their personality will help them understand why they are inclined to do some of the things they do. They will better understand other people’s personality styles and learn how to communicate with, and respond better to, other people. They will also learn how to become a better team member in the workplace.
